Teen Plus Programme

Looking for a space where you can just be yourself, meet new people, and pick up real-life skills along the way? Our Teen Plus Programme is designed for young people aged 16–19 who want something more than just another class or club.

Running every Thursday from 23rd April, this is your time to chill, connect, and grow in a relaxed, pressure-free environment. No classrooms, no lectures just a supportive space where you can build confidence, learn how to communicate with others, and develop skills that actually matter in everyday life.

Whether it’s starting conversations, understanding people better, or simply finding your voice, Teen Plus is all about helping you feel more comfortable in yourself and the world around you. Expect good vibes, real talk, and practical skills you can take anywhere.

Come as you are no expectations, no pressure. Just a space to hang out, learn, and level up in your own way.
