Teen Baking Summer Camp - 3 Day Advanced Baking (age 12+)

Join us at Hands On Gourmet from July 15-17, 2026 for a fun and hands-on baking camp designed for teens aged 12 and up. This camp focuses on building your independence in the kitchen by teaching you essential baking techniques through practical experience.

Each day, you’ll dive into new skills and get plenty of time to practice, helping you become confident in in the art of baking and pastry. Plus, you won’t have to worry about lunch— a proper meal will be served every day to keep you energized and ready to bake!

Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the delicious world of baking at Little Pigs Summer Baking Camp!

Budding pastry chefs will hone their skills and create mouthwatering masterpieces. Throughout the camp, we will build on techniques and recipes to create several classic dishes to take home. No box mixes or canned frostings allowed here!
Class meets daily Wednesday-Friday from 9am-3pm.
Designed for ages 12 and up (please let us know if you feel your younger student is ready to tackle more advance skills.)

o Throughout the week, we will build on techniques and recipes to create several classic dishes, including:
o Alfajores with Dulce De Leche
o Black Forest Gateau
o Baguettes and Loaf Breads
o Breakfast Scones
o Citrus Souffle
o Bavarian Pretzels
o Eclairs with Pastry Cream
o Donuts & Cinnamon Rolls
o Cheesecake
o (Lunch will be served each day)
INCLUDED: All materials, food, snacks, drinks, instruction, service charges and taxes, logo apron, certificate of completion.
Please note camper name and age at checkout, as well as any dietary restrictions or food allergies. Gluten Free cannot be accommodated for baking camp.
please note: Hands On Gourmet requires a minimum of 6 students per camp. In the unlikely event a camp is cancelled, participants will be notified and refunded in full.
