Join our engaging three-week pottery course designed especially for teens! This hands-on programme introduces your young creatives to fundamental ceramic techniques and encourages creative expression through practical projects. The aim of this course have fun but also to make some really practical, useable objects. Week 1: Pinch Pot Mug — Learn the basics of pottery by creating your own mug using pinch pot techniques. We'll cover shaping, smoothing, and adding handles, ensuring everyone finishes with a functional and unique mug.
Week 2: Bedside Trinket Dish — Explore slab building and decorative methods as you craft a personalised trinket dish, perfect for keeping small items safe beside your bed.
Week 3: Jewellery Holder — Combining all the skills you have learned in the previous 2 weeks, you will make a wall-hung jewellery holder, ideal for organising rings, necklaces, and other treasures.
All materials and tools are provided. No prior pottery experience is needed — just bring your enthusiasm and imagination! By the end of the course, you’ll have three beautiful handmade pieces to take home and enjoy.
