TEDx Trafford Ideas Circle : Human by Design: Shaping the Future Together

TEDxTrafford x Bruntwood Ideas Circle bringing together business leaders, founders, creatives, changemakers and TedxTrafford Community
About this Event

A collaborative TEDxTrafford x Bruntwood Ideas Circle bringing together business leaders, founders, creatives, changemakers and members of the Greater Manchester community to explore one central question:

As technology transforms the way we live and work, how do we ensure the future remains fundamentally human?

The event will create a space for bold ideas, meaningful conversation and new connections ahead of TEDxTrafford 2026.

It will also introduce attendees to this year's TEDxTrafford theme, Future Proof: Human by Design, and provide a preview of some of the ideas and conversations that will shape the main TEDxTrafford event.

 Ideas Circle: Three Big Ideas

Idea 1 – The Future of LeadershipWhat will humans need from leaders in an AI-enabled workplace?

Idea 2 – The Future of Work & WellbeingCan organisations become more technologically advanced without becoming less human?

Idea 3 – The Future of Creativity, Community & ConnectionWhat uniquely human qualities will matter most over the next decade?
