Techs and the City is back at Workplay, and this time we're skipping the highlight reel. Marketing technology is sold as clean and inevitable. In practice it's duplicate records, a platform nobody adopted, an integration that quietly stopped syncing for six weeks, and a renewal you couldn't justify. Everyone in the room has one. Almost nobody talks about it out loud.
So that's the night.
