Join us when we once again transform our big room in Absalon to one big yoga studio. This time it will be to the sound of techno. Techno Yoga is designed to bring the body through the vibrations and sounds within the techno genre. It combines the movements of the body and the energy of the music. The high energy music helps to take our minds off and just relax into the sensations of the body. The music involves a variety of subgenres in techno music with tribal and ambient influences. The volume will be up, meaning that the music will send vibrations through the body as you move into different yoga poses. Each yoga position connects with the body so you can reflect and release. With a combination of techno music, it gives your body an uplifting experience.
The class style is a vinyasa class, meaning that there will be a flow to align the body, breath and the music. This class is for all levels and will be held in English.

The class is 1 hour and 15 minutes long, please be at the venue at 20.15 so you can set up your mat before we start!
Please bring your own mat and a water bottle and if you feel like wearing something expressive to match the techno groove, please do so!
