Experience a blend of yoga, art & expression with TECHNO YOGA! ✨
Join this yoga event at the idyllic Lake House, where techno genres meet meditative movement. The event is a combination of art and sound therapy and we explore our embodiment through a vinyasa practice, focused on the breath and the love of the breath. The music is curated by your host and artist Natasha, to fit the concept that we will be exploring together.
This special session is perfect for those seeking something out of the ordinary. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or new to the practice, Natasha’s Techno Yoga Sessions offer a refreshing and renewing experience that will awaken both body and mind.
Please bring your own mat to the space and be mindful of your own body. (if you happen to not own a mat, please write to me in advance & I will bring one for you!) This practice is for all levels of yoga! Everyone is welcome regardless of gender, expression, ethnicity, nationality, sexuality and so on. An important part of yoga philosophy is karma yoga, where we give without expecting in return. For me, it is important to give beyond my events, therefore a portion of your ticket is going towards a charity fund. The charities range depending on the type of event, you're always welcome to ask me which charity this event will donate towards. Some organizations include: Cry India, Save The Children, The Black Youth Project, various LGBTQ+ organizations and Rainforest Trust.
