Let it go and let it be. Let it flow through you.In this workshop we will embrace our inner wisdom and the power of Surrender. Learn how to be resilient and follow the flow of Life. How to transmute energy through the shadow into bliss. How to open our hearts more and cleanse energy blockages. How to trust ourselves and others.
In our very masculine world, we have learned to control everything and be in charge. This can be very stressful and frustrating because the only constant in life is change. And being rigid and resistant can create a lot of pain, anxiety and separation.
I invite you to my workshop “Power of Surrender” to crack open our shells and hearts, embrace our flow of energy and be more in tune with Life.
🩵 We will work in pairs. You can come with a partner or find a beautiful connection on Event
🩵 There will be some exercises with a physical touch. But no nudity and only with consent
🩵 Requirements: openness. There can be very emotional, vulnerable and liberating moments
✨About facilitator: my name is Natalie and I’m a certified Kundalini yoga teacher and Tantra facilitator. My individual spiritual path began 14 years ago with Kundalini practices: working with energy centres - chakras. Already as an experienced practitioner and later becoming a teacher of Kundalini Yoga, I became very interested in T@ntr@. Walking this path for more than 4 years now, I have discovered a lot of ultimate truths for myself. I connected with my body and energy in a very deep levels through some Tantric practices. I embraced my shadow and dark femininity. I became more happy, free and visible to the World.
Now I want to share my Universe of realisations, insights and love with others 🙏🏼🤍
