Techno Mat Pilates

Techno Mat Pilates brings the energy of techno to your mat. Whether you're a Pilates pro or just looking for a fun way to move, this session will keep you motivated and ready to party all weekend at Movement.

This class will be held at Black Heart Gallery, which is in the Russell Industrial Center, signs will be posted at the venue to show where to park.

Mats will be provided and delicious matcha will be available for purchase after the class. The class itself is approx 50 minutes and starts at 11am sharp, so be sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early.
