BLOOM into movement this Flower Day weekend at the Eastern to embrace the spirit of Sping! Join us on Saturday, May16th for a transformative Silent Disco yoga & Pilates experience at the Eastern focusing on balance, growth and renewal.

Kickstart your morning with an immersive Silent Disco yoga & Pilates experience led by Lamyra of Lamyra Pilates and accompanied by the soulful beats of DJ Kaels from 11am -12:30pm at the Eastern Detroit. Enjoy exclusive giveaways after class with prizes from local business sponsors.

Interested in our Exclusive flower day experience after the movement class? Stick around from 12:30pm to 1:30pm for a special "Build Your Own Bouquet" on the patio of the Eastern courtesy of Flowers for Dreams.

General admission tickets include the class from 11am to 12:30pm. Exlusive passes includes a ticket to the bouquet making class from 12:30pm to 1:30pm & light refreshments.
