This workshop combines two burlesque techniques – floorwork and the boa – into one routine. You'll learn how to move smoothly across the floor while incorporating a boa for added style and expression.
What to expect:
Warm-up & flexibility exercises
Floorwork fundamentals & transitions
Boa-handling techniques integrated into choreography
Tips for confident expressive movement
Open to all levels whether you're new to burlesque or refining your skills. Bring your own boa or borrow one from the instructor. Bring water phone w/camera note taking supplies and knee pads (we have extra!) Wear comfortable shorts or thin pants socks and knee pads.
