Dear aerialists! As per your requests, we're organizing another Aerial Yoga Teacher Training in 2024, in Cluj-Napoca. This edition will be guided by @Aerialandi (check her out on insta & fb) - who has brought #AerialHammock to Romania and has more than 13 years of experience with yoga.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘁?
An intensive aerial yoga, fitness & acrobatics training with YACEP YOGA ALLIANCE diploma. No need for other certificates in order to start teaching, but of course, you can attend this event even for your own personal development - you'll grow in 4 days as much as you'd grow in 4 months.
We'll spend 4 days of theory and practice together (30 hours in total), followed by 20 hours of individual practice.
The course includes:
🌸 aerial technique, basic postures, corrections and pathologies
🌸 advanced postures
🌸 anatomy introduction
🌸 aromatherapy, meditation & relaxation techniques
🌸 fitness suspension training
🌸 basic stunts
🌸 bonus: couple postures or aerial dance
