Tea Time with Yoga Philosophy by Gabi Gazzola
About this Event
A primary cause of overthinking, emotional reactivity, and internal tension is an inability to effectively relate to our own minds.
In this class, we will explore the foundations of yoga philosophy, not only as abstract theory, but as a practical framework for understanding your own experience.
Through key concepts from Sāṃkhya and the Yoga Sutras, you’ll be introduced to a different way of relating to your thoughts, emotions, and inner patterns.
Note that this is not a physical yoga class; it is an interactive and reflective experience designed to bring more clarity, awareness, and knowledge around the universe of Yoga.
In this class, you will:
• Understand why the mind feels restless
• Learn the difference between awareness and thought
• Explore how identification with the mind creates suffering
• Be introduced to the Eight Limbs of Yoga as a practical system for inner clarity • Experience simple exercises to observe and work with your mind
This session is ideal for anyone interested in going beyond the physical practice of yoga and developing a deeper understanding of the mind.
