Tea meditation is a mindful practice of preparing, pouring, and drinking tea with full awareness. Each step—smelling the aroma, noticing the warmth, and savoring the taste—invites calm, gratitude, and presence, turning a simple cup into meditation.
This event is provided by Mindful Peace Academy. We will have Chinese session (12pm-1pm) and English session (1:30-2:30). Please book your spot here:
