Led by Honey Sommelier Anne Marie Katalenas of The Giddy Bee, you’ll taste and experiment with different flavor combinations while learning the basics of selecting honey, pairing flavors and safely creating botanical honey infusions.
We’ll also explore the traditional **honey electuary**—a preparation combining raw honey with finely ground botanicals.
