Many of us are happy to be on the Tiriti journey as organisations but don't know how to make the next step. This workshop is designed so you can hear from others who may be further along. We will begin with korero lead by members of Rangitane on local history and whakawhanaungatanga. A panel will then share their experience implementing Te Tiriti in their organisations, with plenty of practical tips. We will then workshop how to implement this learning in our own organisation/s.Part of this is reflecting on how our current constitutions, strategies and plans recognise Te Tiriti, if at all. If you have them, can you please bring a copy of these documents for your organisation, to help you on the day. Anyone who has engaged in previous Te Tiriti training (with any provider) will be able to engage meaningfully with this second session.
