Join Jem from RebalanceU for her first ever peaceful Sound bath with meditation and reiki, at Tavistock Town Hall. With over 30 years of experience you are in safe hands. Jem from RebalanceU offers sound baths all around Plymouth but this is her first time facilitating one in Tavistock. The Sound Bath will lower your stress levels in your body and realign your chakras bringing you to a state of calm. The meditation will help guide your mind, and the reiki will ignite the healing within. Jem does all the work you just need to bring whatever you need to be able to lay down on the floor comfortably. A bottle of water is also encouraged.
