Somatic Movement Therapy is a gentle, body-centred approach to healing that focuses on reconnecting with the body’s innate wisdom and intelligence to restore balance and well-being.
These six sessions are designed to help regulate your nervous system and bring a sense of calm and ease to your body and mind. They’re suitable for all bodies and invite you to follow your body’s wisdom, moving at your own pace, with comfort and care.
