Taughannock Tailgate

This tailgate themed party isn't just the ultimate lakeside tribute to Cornell football happening Homecoming weekend - it's a touchdown of a experience in it's own right. The Taughannock Tailgate will feature multiple food stations centered in the many patios of the property's Enchantment Garden. The Feast of the Meats Carving Station, a Tex-Mex Quesadilla Bar, a Cornell Dairy Ice Cream Bar - the list goes on. In addition, you'll find a tribute to Johnny's Big Red Grill in our Eagle Patio - this area will be decked out with "Johnny's Big Red Beer Station", a throwback beer and seltzer bar designed as a nod to Cornell's aquatic sports. This is in addition to the two bars already open and serving custom cocktails designed for the event.

Live music is being featured! Grab a table under the tent or head out to the lawns where you could listen or dance in comfort. Four firepits, one massic two-story outdoor fireplace - there is no lack of nooks and crannies to fill with your friends, family, and your football fans.

Your ticket buys your entry, access to all the food stations, and a ticket to Johnny's Big Red Beer Station. Full bar service will be available for cash or card purchase. Doors open at 6PM. We're going until the last person leaves! This event is open to the public and all are welcome!
