Join us for a tasting session presented by Nate Booker from MONIN UK & Ireland, and Dan Fearnley from Bacardí-Martini. They will be delving into the science behind why and how you taste the way you do, and diving into the art of building flavours in cocktails; all with the aim of teaching you how to use your tastebuds to make better drinks.
Learn how to identify and articulate flavour, describe out loud what it is you’re tasting, and discover new and easy ways to make better drinks!
Capped off with a build-your-own cocktail session at the end, you’ll get the chance to use the skills provided by making your own bespoke cocktail!
