Toast with bubbles and something sweet in this guided wine tasting led by Kate Little of Empire Wine Merchants. Explore the quality, history, and craftsmanship behind some of the world’s most celebrated sparkling and dessert wines while enjoying thoughtfully paired chocolaty and savory treats.

This class will feature classic expressions of Champagne, California sparkling wine, and iconic dessert wines, offering insight into traditional production methods, regional styles, and what makes each wine special in the glass. From elegant brut sparklers to rich, age-worthy Ports, you’ll learn how sweetness, structure, and bubbles interact with chocolate and savory flavors.

Space is limited, so don't wait to register.

Registration costs $10, but all attendees will receive a $10 voucher to use at the store on one of the items they tasted on the day of the event. Light snacks will also be served, and attendees will receive some tasting notes on the items they're sampling.
