The wine pairings, selected by Ryan Seward of Polaner Selections , add sophistication and enjoyment, perfectly complementing Chef Vanessa's dishes for a seamless and delightful dining experience.
Since I was able to stand on a chair and grab my mother's cookbooks, I have been cooking. Raised in Flushing, Queens, I attribute my culinary skills to my family of talented cooks and the eateries I frequented in my early years. Cooking is not just my passion, but also my favorite pastime. Witnessing the silence that falls over a room as people savor my dishes brings me immense joy. My grandparents were from Spain, and thanks to my parents, I have delved into Caribbean and Spanish cuisines. Moreover, I have expanded my culinary knowledge by studying diverse cuisines worldwide. - Vanessa
1st Course
Gnocchi Soup with Italian Sausage & Cream

2nd Course
Meyer Lemon Braised Fennel
Slow-braised fennel finished with bright Meyer lemon, balancing sweetness and acidity for a fresh, aromatic contrast.
Paired with Ribolla Gialla - Crisp and expressive, with subtle orchard fruit, salinity, and bright acidity that highlights freshness and texture.
3rd Course
French Onion Chicken
Tender chicken layered with caramelized onions and slow-developed depth, served alongside triple crème whipped potatoes.
Paired with Mas des Brousses - A supple, savory red with dark fruit and earthy depth, grounding the dish while complementing its sweetness and warmth.
4th Course
Amaretti Cookie Affogato
A warm-cool finish of espresso poured over creamy vanilla, crowned with crumbled amaretti for a gently bitter-sweet close.
Paired with Paltrinieri Solco - Lightly frizzante and softly structured, with red fruit and a dry finish, refreshing, playful, and gently cleansing.
