Having had quite a few requests to hold a Silc class/freestyle we have organised a Taster evening on Friday 7th March, 7.30-10.30pm at Spixworth Village Hall, Crostwick Lane, Spixworth, Norwich, NR10 3NQ.
What is SILC?
SILC is a smooth, musicality focussed partner dance that compliments a slower tempo of music such as Blues, Soul, Funk, Contemporary, R&B, Acoustic, Lyrical, Latin and Folk.
The SILC class will focus on 3 key SILC concepts allowing the lead and follow to adapt their connection for slower music.
This is perfect for Ceroc dancers looking to improve their connection, technique and ability to dance to slower music, a partner is not required as dancers will be rotated like our usual classes.
The evening will start with Carol teaching the basics of SILC followed by our DJ Robert playing some awesome tracks suitable for your SILC dancing enjoyment.
Class time is 7.30-8.30pm
Freestyle is 8.30-10.30pm

Entry: £10 in advance or £12 at the door
Lovely venue with high stage and a large car park
No bar, however you are able to bring along your own alcoholic or non alcoholic drinks. There will be bottled water and a selection of soft drinks available to purchase and also later in the evening teas/coffees, bring a cup/mug for free tea/coffee or its 50p for a disposable mug.
