Join us on Sept 24th for a chocolate trip to Mallorca with Maüa Chocolate, a bean-to-bar maker on the Spanish island in the Mediterranean Sea.
Although we're meeting in DC, you'll get to taste Mallorca through chocolate, with Maüa bars & confections featuring some of the island’s distinctive ingredients: Sóller lemons, Sal d’Es Trenc harvested from Mallorca’s salt flats, Majorcan almonds, and Moyá sweet herbs.
