Nestled in the fog-draped hills of Piedmont in northwestern Italy, the Langhe is home to the Nebbiolo grape — a variety of uncommon complexity, capable of producing wines of breathtaking depth, elegance, and longevity. In this deep dive, we'll move beyond the basics and explore what makes Barolo one of the world's truly great wines: its legendary communes, its producers, its vintages, and the soils that shape every bottle.

What to expect:
A guided tasting of multiple Barolos, exploring different communes, producers, and styles
An exploration of Nebbiolo's character — tannin, acidity, perfume, and age
Discussion of Piedmont's wine culture, geography, and key appellations
An intimate classroom setting designed for focus, conversation, and discovery
No food will be presented during this discussion
