Tarmac West 2026 Day 1: Thursday, 17 September
**FREE EVENT**
From the city streets to fast, flowing park roads and a festival atmosphere to finish the evening, Day 1 offers plenty of opportunities to catch the action from a range of spectator locations.
𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡
📍Forrest Place: Approx. 10:30am – 1:00pm
The event begins at Forrest Place, where competitors will cross the Ceremonial Start ramp before departing for the opening stages of Tarmac West. Cars will be arriving from 10:30am with the first car being flagged away at 12:30pm and the rest of the cars every 30-seconds.
📍Whiteman Park: Approx. 1:20pm – 5:00pm
The first competitive action of the event takes place at Whiteman Park, with competitors tackling four stages across the East and West sections of the park throughout the afternoon.
Stages
* SS1 – Whiteman Park East 1
* SS2 – Whiteman Park East 2
* SS3 – Whiteman Park West 1
* SS4 – Whiteman Park West 2
📍Ellenbrook: Approx. 6:00pm – 8:00pm
The day concludes in Ellenbrook with three short, spectator-friendly stages before wrapping up alongside the Ellenbrook Family Festival.

* SS5 – Ellenbrook Toyota 1
* SS6 – Ellenbrook Toyota 2
* SS7 – Ellenbrook Toyota 3
