Starting and finishing in centre of beautiful Tarata , this is a stunning off-road event showcasing some of Eastern Taranaki’s best scenery. Your journey will take you alongside rivers, through sheltered valley trails, and over rolling ridgelines with incredible views back toward our Taranaki Maunga.
Whether you’re here to run, walk, or mountain bike, there’s something for everyone.
Distances / Events
🥇 21km "Half Marathon" – Run, Walk or Mountain Bike
A full loop providing a variety of challenges and awesome views - perfect for runners, mountain bikers and walkers,
🥈 10km – Run or Walk
An out-and-back trail with river views and gentle climbs.
🥉 5km – Run or Walk
A fun and friendly loop track suitable for most fitness levels.

🚫 No dogs allowed – the track crosses active farmland
💧 Cupless event – water will be available on course, please bring your own cup or bottle
