Join us for our fortnightly Sunday Waves - and remember how to dance your heart out. This is created with those in mind who are new to freeform movement and conscious dance and those who want to deepen their practice. There is a live demonstration of the Rhythms every week.
No experience needed. No steps to learn. Come as you are.
This is an invitation to slow down, connect with your body, and re-discover the JOY, release and self-discovery that music and movement can bring.
