This month's theme is abundance and we will harness the power of the gong to permanently set an abundant mindset and to manifest our most heartfelt desires.

You’ll be gently guided into the evening with soft breathwork and meditation, allowing the body to settle and the mind to quiet. From this place of stillness, we begin to soften any resistance and reconnect with our natural state of ease — a state that already exists within us, just as abundance exists effortlessly in nature. As you are held by the sound of the gong, you’ll be invited to let go of tension, soften into trust, and reconnect with your natural state of abundance — allowing energy to flow, the body to rest, and a quiet sense of expansion to bloom.

I have been playing this incredible instrument for over a decade and it never ceases to amaze me.

You will be able to access the centre from 6.20 for a prompt 6.30 start. Please arrive on time as latecomers will may be permitted once the sound healing has started.

Info: A thick yoga mat or single camping roll mat, eye mask, water flask and warm clothes and a warm blanket. A small pillow or cushion to support your head/knees is optional but recommended.
