Weekend Getaway in Surrey

This retreat takes place in a peaceful countryside hideaway in the heart of Surrey, near Guildford. Surrounded by open fields, woodland, and quiet country lanes, it offers a calm and grounding environment — ideal for deep inner work and true rest.

True healing isn’t just mental — it must include the body. Many emotional patterns and unresolved experiences are held within the nervous system, not just in our thoughts. Breathwork and meditation help release tension stored in the body and open access to deeper emotional layers on a somatic level. Alongside this, each participant will be an issue holder in the Group Family Constellation Workshop, receiving their own systemic insight and movement.

Together, these approaches support the subconscious, regulate the nervous system, and create space for lasting transformation — not just temporary awareness.

The farmhouse features two bedrooms (each with a king-size bed and bunk beds), a cosy lounge with Sky TV and Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. The estate includes a tennis court, trampoline, sun terrace, barbecue area, and a shared outdoor swimming pool (heated from May to September), all set within 38 acres of private woodland between Guildford and Woking, with easy access to London.
