This is your invitation to pause first — to release stress, reset your nervous system and step into the year feeling steady and strong.Guided by certified EFT practitioner Kellie Shields, founder of Tap & Thrive, this immersive one-day retreat blends Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping with meaningful horse connection and nature immersion.
Often described as “emotional acupuncture,” EFT involves tapping on specific acupoints while addressing emotional challenges. This gentle yet powerful process helps reduce stress, shift emotional blocks and restore balance. Throughout the day, Kellie will guide you through practical techniques you can confidently use in everyday life.
You’ll gain tools to:

• Strengthen resilience and emotional balance
• Cultivate clarity, focus and confidence
A key part of the experience includes mindful time with our gentle herd (non-riding). Horses naturally support nervous-system regulation and emotional clarity, creating a deeply grounding complement to the tapping work.
Set across 60 acres of coastal paddocks, just moments from South Ballina Beach, Sugar Beach Ranch offers the perfect setting to reset. Open skies, salt air and wide space allow you to truly exhale.
