This experience invites you to pause first — to release stress, reset your nervous system and step into the year grounded and strong.Guided by certified EFT practitioner Kellie Shields, founder of Tap & Thrive, this immersive one-day retreat blends Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping with meaningful horse connection and nature immersion.
Often described as “emotional acupuncture,” EFT involves tapping on specific acupoints while addressing emotional challenges. This gentle yet powerful process helps reduce stress, shift emotional blocks and restore balance. Throughout the day, Kellie guides you through practical techniques you can confidently use in everyday life.
