New 4-Week Introductory Sessions in SAN FRANCISCO at Harvey Milk Center, 50 Scott Street.
Saturdays, 10:00 am – 11:30 am, starting September 6, 2025.
Dates of sessions are September 6, September 13, September 27 & October 4.
No Session on September 20.
Taoist Tai Chi ® practice is a moving meditation that reduces stress and helps you find joy. Physically, it will make you energetic, balanced, strong, and supple.
The Society is supported by the voluntary, tax-deductible donations of the participants. It is our hope that you will support the Society at the level suggested so that we can continue
to make the benefits of the Taoist Tai Chi ® internal arts available and continue to help others.
