At its core, Tantra explores the interconnectedness of all beings and the unity of the spiritual and material worlds. I regularly (and eagerly!!) attend Tantra Tuesdays. When one thinks of meditation, one thinks of a practice of relaxing and clearing the mind of all thoughts and worries. Tantric meditation, although certainly relaxing, is much more than that. Rather than practice, we play. Rather than sweeping the mind clean, we invite the entire body to freely and vividly paint an experience that engages all of the senses.
