Welcome to a meditative evening with a focus on conscious and subtle energetic connection and presence in the moment.
We spend time building connection and safety in the group, through sharing and group activities,
we then invite practices for energetic connection and exploration inspired by Yoga, Tantra, Reiki and contact dance.
Keywords are energetic attumement, sensual presence, chakra connection and the healing journey.
No prior experience is needed within tantra or energy work, but a general understanding of consent and communication is important, as well as an interest in energies and healing.
Agreements:
We keep our clothes on at all times. You may dress cozy, sacred or eccentric, but keep it somewhat decent.
The intention is sacred, safe and nourishing touch.
Arrive on time so we can start together! Try to show up at least 10 minutes before we start (17:50).
Even though personal hygiene is important, please don't wear any strong perfumes or essential oils!
Practical:
Price per ticket is 444 kroner.
A few Early Bird tickets are available for 369 kr, until the end of 2024.
Reduced price tickets for 333 kr are available for students and others with a challenging economy. Contact me directly if you want to help or make some other energy exchange.

You can come alone, with friends or with a partner/partners. We are invited to change partners several times between exercises.
The venue is the venerable, beautiful Tantrasenteret i Oslo, the closest tram station is Biermanns Gate.
Doors open at 17:45. We start at 18:00.
Feel free to bring:
a water bottle,
layered comfortable clothes that you feel beautiful in,
snacks or fruits to share.
