Tantric Heart Evenings offer a grounded, welcoming introduction to Tantra — centred on presence, consent, embodiment, and authentic human connection.
These evenings are designed for people who want to explore deeper ways of relating — with themselves and with others — in a space that feels safe, caring, and unhurried.
Through guided practices involving breath, gentle movement, awareness, and conscious touch (always with choice and consent), you’ll be invited to slow down, tune into your body, and listen to what feels true for you.
This is not about performance or pushing boundaries.
It’s about learning how to stay present, connected, and honest — with integrity.
