Eleana | The Alchemy of Self

Eleana is a Tantra facilitator, Empowerment Coach, and Reiki Practitioner dedicated to the art of transmutation. Having navigated her own "dark nights of the soul," she leads with radical empathy and the fire of experience.

Her philosophy is visceral: mindset is only the beginning. To turn pain into power, we must descend into the body. Through nervous system awareness and energy healing, Eleana helps you strip away the layers that no longer serve you, reclaiming your most radiant, authentic essence from the ashes of limiting beliefs.

Neil

Neil began his dedicated tantric journey in 2023, bringing with him over 15 years of experience in spiritual modalities. A fully qualified children’s yoga teacher who took his Buddhist vows in Korea over a decade ago, Neil is a master at balancing deep stillness with a sense of playfulness. With 20 years of experience teaching SEN primary school children, he brings a unique level of patience and care to every session.
