Pregnancy yoga in Canary Wharf (E14) with E14YogaCoach. Weekly pregnancy yoga classes in East London designed to support you through all stages of pregnancy with gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation.

Most women who come haven’t practiced yoga before. They usually arrive because something feels a bit off, or because pregnancy suddenly feels unfamiliar and they want somewhere to make sense of it.

Classes are simple and steady. You won’t be expected to keep up or get anything “right”.

We move in a way that supports how your body feels that day, with time to slow down and properly switch off at the end.

There’s also something that happens after class that people don’t expect. No one rushes off. Conversations start, people realise they live nearby, and over time those small chats often turn into real connections.

You can try your first class for £15.

That gives you a chance to come along and see how it feels, without committing to anything longer-term.
