Michelle Alva has 28 years experience as a physical therapist-pelvic floor specialist. She is also a certified yoga teacher, Tantra Practitioner, Mindset-Energy Coach with specialized training in Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Psych-k, and Timeline Dynamics and Shamanism.

She blends her backgrounds in science and ancient wisdom practices to educate and empower her male and female clients to deep and profound healing and transformation. She created the ALVA method which stands for Amplify Love Vibrate Abundance. This approach teaches individuals how to create an optimal environment of love and orient to the hormone of love, so that spontaneous and effortless releases and transformation is possible. Years and years of traumas can be dissolved when we tap into our innate physiology of love, healing, and connection.
