Tantra group - the way of the body

Tantra, at its heart, is a path of connection and integration — embracing the wholeness of who we are. It teaches us that every aspect of life, from the most ordinary to the most sacred, can be a doorway into awakening. Rather than rejecting the body, Tantra honours it as a temple of wisdom, love, and presence.

We’ll begin each evening with grounding practices to help you arrive fully in your body — finding safety, awareness, and clarity of your boundaries. From there, we’ll explore a rich tapestry of practices including Inner Qigong, 5Rhythms-inspired dance, Osho Kundalini meditation, chakra-based somatic dance, mantra, voice, and sacred movement.

This is a space to cultivate presence, devotion, sacredness, and deep acceptance. Together, we’ll open to the wisdom of the body, surrender old conditioning, and release delusions around the Divine Feminine.

We will also invite in channeled guidance from Kali Ma and Mary Magdalene, allowing their fierce love and compassion to guide us back into truth. Each session will close with a gentle sharing circle — a chance to ask questions, reflect, and integrate within a safe and supportive community.
