Tantra for Men (November Men's Circle)

Dear Men,

Navigating life can sometimes be a challenging endeavor, especially when you've grown accustomed to being hard on yourself when you don't meet self-imposed or societal expectations. When mistakes are made, you may just find it hard to forgive yourself, confront your inner demons, or manage your emotional landscape.

If you find yourself yearning for a shift - a transition from guilt and shame to self-acceptance, compassion, and friendliness towards oneself - I would like to extend an invitation to you to join our men's group.

In our society, the emotional burdens carried by men may differ from those borne by women. We're often conditioned to suppress our emotional expressions, criticized for showing vulnerability, and raised to perceive touch in a predominantly sexual context. Yet, deep down, many of us are longing for meaningful relationships and connections, for a brotherhood that acknowledges the sanctity of our emotions and sensuality, and for the acceptance of our innate need for affection, care, and attention.

This is where our men's group comes in, as a space for us to support each other and grow together. Now more than ever, we believe men need the company, understanding, and support of other men. And we invite you to join us in this endeavor.

The Heart Centered Being meets monthly for a round table discussion that includes a deep dive into ancient Tantric Practices to help you transmute your shadow, release fear, shame and guilt, and discover your healthy masculine archetype.

Step into an empowering journey with us where you will be part of a brotherhood that recognizes the sacred, the shadow, and even the mundane in each of us. It's time to honor yourself in a way that celebrates the beautiful duality of your strength and sensitivity!

Join us in our monthly men's circle, where we partake in guided meditations, breathwork, and profound, authentic discussions. Let us together explore and fully embody the archetype of what it means to be an authentic and healthy masculine man in today’s world.

Our monthly gathering will take place from 7:30pm to 11:00pm

Please bring a healthy snack to share with us during our break.

The doors will open at 7:30pm, and our circle will commence promptly at 8:00pm. To ensure we maintain the sanctity of our space, no late arrivals will be admitted once we have begun.

We limit our monthly numbers to foster an intimate environment, and since we promote across multiple platforms, the invite list may not reflect the actual attendance.
