Join Diana Vasquez of Soundbath Jax and Adriana Dobbs of Serenity Sounds for a unique sound bath experience designed to help you slow down, unwind, and reconnect with yourself.
During this intimate small-group session, Diana fills the room with the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls while Adriana incorporates Himalayan singing bowls on and around the body, creating an immersive experience that surrounds you in sound and gentle vibration.
Whether you've had a busy week, are carrying the weight of everyday responsibilities, or simply need an hour to step away from the noise, this experience offers a welcoming space to rest and recharge.
