In the Philippines the Cebuano/Visayan languages, “tambal” means medicine or remedy. Tambal is so much more than just pills or herbs.

Tambal is healing for the whole being the lawas (body), kasing kasing (heart), isip/hunahuna (mind), and kaluluwa/kalag (soul). It is the medicine of touch, prayer, energy, and remembrance, restoring balance to body, mind, heart, and soul.

About Lhiza

I am Lhiza Bascones, a Spiritual Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master Teacher, and Babaylan activated Filipino healer.

After a profound dark night of the soul, my gifts of light language, mediumship, and intuitive touch emerged in 2020. Since then, I’ve served hundreds through hypnosis, energy healing, and intuitive guidance, helping others release trauma and reconnect to their true selves.

I grew up in the old ways hilot healing, orasyon, pausok, watching my great-aunt create anting-anting (amulets), and listening to my Lola’s stories of the spirit world. Today, I carry forward this lineage through my Energetica Code framework, offering cellular imprint release, intuitive touch, and sacred ritual.
