• what’s the mythology that follows it;
• different types of yoga, such as Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, etc. 
• the difference of the ancient art of yoga and the modern practice;
• indian culture and way of living: aspects that we can absorb to increase our spiritual connection and its relation with yoga (i.e., morning rituals, mantras, prayers, mindset, vision towards the self, life and death, etc)
