Talk Property Day 2026

Talk Property Day is a new full-day event bringing together people working across property, construction, land, rural business and the built environment.

We are taking Talk Property into a bigger space for a day of conversation, discussion and connections.

Rather than a traditional conference with a succession of presentations, the day will be built around four key areas of conversation, each led by people who know their sector.

Property, Sales & The Market
What is happening in the property market now, and what might we expect next?

Individual speakers and section hosts will be announced as they are confirmed.

Construction
The challenges and opportunities facing the construction sector, from the current market to what comes next.

Rural & Agriculture
Looking at the issues affecting land, farming and rural businesses, and what is changing.

Next Generation
Looking at the people coming into the industry, succession, skills and the future of property and construction.

This won't be a conference where you sit in rows all day listening to presentations.

The main room will be arranged around tables, with opportunities to hear from people working in each sector, ask questions and take part in the discussion.

There will also be an exhibition area featuring businesses connected to the property and built environment sectors.

The formal programme begins at 10.30am and finishes at 3.00pm.

But you don't have to rush off.

The hall will remain open for informal networking until 4.00pm.

Any cancellations up to 24 hours before event will incur the Eventbrite cost on the booking. Less than 24 hour notice there will be no refund
