About this Event

With over 580,000 permanent residents, Green-Wood holds countless stories—not all of which are peaceful. This trolley tour explores the lives and deaths of the Cemetery’s most gripping true crime and disaster tales. Dive into the intriguing case of Magdalena Herrmann, whose deceptive marriage secured her property and wealth; learn about the mysterious death of Evelina Bliss and the poisoned clam chowder that claimed her life; pay tribute to the victims of the devastating Malbone Street subway wreck; and uncover a host of other captivating tales. Prepare for an unforgettable journey where every stop reveals stories of deception, tragedy, and the unexpected.
