Talent by Design: Building Apprenticeships That Work

This 2-hour session is designed for employers, HR leaders, and workforce partners interested in learning how registered apprenticeships can support recruitment, training, and retention efforts.

During this session, participants will:

• Gain an overview of Registered Apprenticeships and Pre-Apprenticeships
• Explore in-demand industries and occupations in the region
• Learn about funding opportunities and employer incentives
• Understand training and workforce support available through Gwinnett Technical College and regional partners
• Review practical steps to design and launch an apprenticeship program

Whether your organization is new to apprenticeships or looking to expand existing workforce strategies, this session will provide valuable insights and actionable next steps.
