G-MAP Operational Capability Showcase and Ribbon Cutting

Designed to enhance mobility and access, the connects users of all abilities with smarter streets, safer intersections, and real-time transit support in Gwinnett County.

Following the ribbon cutting, we invite you to stay for a field demonstration showing the app's capabilities and an opportunity to connect with local organizations. You are welcome to stop by any time before 2:00pm if you are unable to join us for the entire event.

You can expect to:

• Hear from leaders from Gwinnett County, the U.S. Department of Transportation, the Georgia Department of Transportation, the Atlanta Regional Commission, and the Statewide Independent Living Council
• Learn about the app’s capabilities
• Experience a live, on-board field demonstration on a Ride Gwinnett bus
• Connect with local nonprofits and advocacy groups to learn more about resources and programs

The G-MAP project is led in partnership with the U.S. Department of Transportation, the Georgia Department of Transportation, the Atlanta Regional Commission, and the Statewide Independent Living Council.
