In recognition of World Alzheimer’s Day, join us for a special screening of “Taking Care,” a heartfelt documentary that follows comedian Seth Rogen and his wife Lauren Miller Rogen as they navigate her mother’s early-onset Alzheimer’s disease. Directed by award-winning filmmaker James Keach (Walk the Line), the film blends humor, honesty, and heart to tell a deeply personal story of caregiving and advocacy.
After the film, Certified Dementia Trainer Sue Vantine will discuss the ways DementiaMatters empowers caregivers and care partners with the awareness, knowledge, skills, strategies, and resources needed to support those living with dementia. Read more at barnsofrosehill.org/concerts/takingcare.
