Take a moment for YOU - 2hr body-mind-energy experience in London
About this Event
Join Julie and Sharon for a body-mind-energy experience where we will:
- Slow down and land with Breathwork
- Feel, connect and play with partner yoga
- Balance and ground with meditation
- Rest deeply, release and restore with Reiki, and soothing sound
- Create space to integrate and anchor the experience in the body and mind before you leave - so the reset doesn't stay in the room
Doors open at 2.50pm to give you time to settle in. Doors will close promptly at 3.00pm to avoid disrupting the session.
One mat, a small blanket, a pillow and a bolster are available for you at the event space so you can travel lighter. Please bring water to stay hydrated and wear clothing you will feel comfortable in during movement and relaxation.
Nearest tube: Tooting Bec - a few minutes away (Northern Line)
Nearest train station: Balham - 20 minutes walk.
No parking is available at the venue.
